Group inquiries
A group is considered an organized organization or team, such as a sports team, dayhome/daycare, school, church, community organization, or other established group.
Groups may be required to provide information such as a business licence number, organization/registration number, or other documentation to verify their group status.
A group booking does not apply simply because multiple individuals are attending together. Informal groups of friends, families, or individuals who are not part of an established organization or team may be considered as general admission.
Unfortunately, we do not accept last-minute group bookings. Group bookings must be arranged and confirmed in advance.
If your group arrives without an official group booking, admission will be charged at the regular general admission rate.
No. For group bookings, we do not allow individual kitchen items for the children. We do offer the French Fry Platter, Chicken Tender Platter, Popcorn Chicken Platter, or pizzas. Please view our online menu for pricing.
No. As per our facility policy, we do not allow any outdoor food, drinks or snacks.
Yes. Water bottles are permitted, and can be refilled at the cafe.

Yes. Volunteers and supervisors who are under 18 years old are still considered minors and must be included in the group rate, even if they are attending in a volunteer or supervisory role.

Upon arrival, we will first confirm that all required group waivers have been completed. We will then confirm the final number of children attending.
Once the attendance has been confirmed, payment will be collected in full at reception before the gates are opened.
Unfortunately, food orders cannot be changed on the day of your visit, as our kitchen team prepares the food in advance that morning.
If you need to make a change to your food order, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
No. Once the group’s scheduled time has ended, any members who wish to stay longer will need to purchase admission at the regular general admission rate. We require everyone from the group to arrive and depart at the same time.
No. We require members/children to arrive and depart at the same time.
We can certainly try, however if booking with more than 30 children it can be difficult to ensure accurate numbers. It is the group organizer’s responsibility to ensure that the number of children attending matches the number included in the booking. We strongly recommend doing a head count before leaving your organization.
If the number of children has changed, please let reception know before payment is processed so we can update the total accordingly.
