We have a variety of food options available to accommodate many common food allergies and dietary needs. If you have questions about our menu or whether we can accommodate a specific allergy, please contact us in advance at 780-757-0055 or email us at info@allstarsplayland.com and our team will be happy to assist.
If you or your child has a medical condition, such as diabetes, hypoglycemia, etc. that requires access to specific food, please notify the receptionist upon arrival. They will relay the information to the appropriate staff so we can ensure your needs are accommodated safely.
Our stamp system is an important part of our safety procedures. Each child and accompanying adult receives a matching stamp upon entry, and our staff check these stamps when guests leave to help ensure that children are leaving with the appropriate adult.
If the stamps do not match, staff may ask for additional identification or photo verification to confirm that the child is leaving with someone they know. Photo verification may include a photo of the child taken on a previous day.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work together to help ensure every child leaves our facility safely.
