Birthday parties can be booked online through our website, in person during office hours, by phone at 780-757-0055, or by email at info@allstarsplayland.com.

Please note that our office is closed on weekends, and we are unable to process in-person birthday party bookings on Saturdays or Sundays. We recommend contacting us during our regular office hours (Monday to Friday 9am-3pm) to ensure we can assist you with your booking.

Our party rooms are first come, first served, and available time slots may vary depending on the day. To ensure the best selection of rooms and times, we strongly recommend booking your party at least 2 weeks in advance.

Please note that all birthday party bookings for the upcoming weekend are finalized by Wednesday. Once Wednesday has passed, we block off the remaining party slots and are unable to accept last minute birthday party bookings for that weekend.

Yes! If you have booked one of our birthday party packages, you are welcome to bring a nut-free birthday cake.

Please note that cake is the only outside food permitted for booked birthday parties. Outside food, drinks, snacks, or other treats are not permitted inside the facility.

Our birthday party packages are priced as a 10-child minimum. If fewer than 10 children attend, the package price will remain the same and will not be reduced based on the number of children attending.

For the day of the birthday party, reception will keep a sign-in sheet to sign all of the kids attending. Should the original number change, your party host will adjust the numbers accordingly.

Yes. Decorations are permitted. The only decorations we do not permit are glitter, confetti or confetti cannons, pinatas, party poppers, sparklers, glow sticks, confetti or sparkle filled balloons.

Painters tape must be used if hanging decorations on the wall.

Yes. Goodie bags must be nut-free and handed out to children as they are leaving the facility.

Yes! You are welcome to bring a mascot, character, or other party entertainer. We recommend having them remain in your designated party room, unless you are comfortable with other children outside of your party approaching or interacting with them.

Yes, speakers are permitted during the 90-minute room time.

Rooms are only available for 90 minutes.

Decoration and room access times can vary depending on the day's schedule. Please confirm your decoration time with our staff when you receive your party confirmation.

We do our best to have rooms available at the scheduled time; however, party rooms may occasionally become available later than expected if the previous party runs over its scheduled time or requires additional time to clean and reset the room. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you allow for some flexibility when planning your arrival.

If you need to cancel your party and would like to receive a refund of your deposit, cancellation must be made within 14 days of the date the party was booked.

Please note that after the 14-day period has passed, deposits are non-refundable.

No. Bookings made within 14 days of the party date are non-refundable. By booking a party within this 14-day period, you acknowledge and agree that the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be returned if the party is cancelled.

No. We are a strict nut-free facility. Anything with nuts is not permitted inside.

Yes! You are welcome to celebrate a birthday with us under general admission. Please note that tables are first come, first served and cannot be reserved.

General admission must be paid for each child attending, and all required waiver forms must be completed.

We do offer pizzas and select platters for purchase; however, availability is not guaranteed and may vary on the day of your visit.

Please note that outside cake, desserts, or other special treats are not permitted inside the facility. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Please note platters may not always be available to order the day of, and pricing is subject to change.

Once the room time is done, we kindly ask for your cake to be put away either to your vehicle or back in our fridge/freezer until you are departing.

Room extensions are subject to availability. If an extension is available, an additional 30 minutes is $55.00 + GST. Please note that pricing is subject to change.

Unfortunately, guests cannot remain in the room after their scheduled time, even if there is no party immediately following. Once your scheduled room time has ended, we kindly ask that you begin moving your personal belongings to the tables upstairs or downstairs.

If you would like additional time in the room, please speak with your host about our 30-minute room extension option, subject to availability.
