We encourage you to customize your child’s party. Please let us know how we can make this day extra special and how we can best assist you with creating your vision for a special party!

Every guest in attendance MUST wear socks. If anyone has forgotten socks we will have them available for purchase in our guest services area the day of your event.

Although personalized decorations are encouraged, we must ensure the safety of our guests and the cleanliness of the facility. Therefore, NO confetti, confetti cannons, party poppers, glow sticks, piñatas, glitter, sparklers or latex balloons will be allowed on site. Please consider this during your planning process and ensure any party balloons are foil based.

No outside food or drinks are permitted on site at any time. With the purchase of any party package; however, a special cake or dessert will be permitted. Please take into consideration, we are a nut free facility.

If you will be providing treat/loot bags to your party guests, please ensure these are being distributed when the guests are being picked up.

The number of guests expected, date, time and food / drink selections will be confirmed a minimum of 72 hours in advance of your arrival to ensure our team is able to better service your needs.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your reservation. If no deposit is placed within 24 hours of booking, event will be cancelled.

With more than 14 days’ notice, a $50 administration fee will be retained for any cancellations and the remaining balance of your deposit will be returned.

With less than 14 days’ notice, no refunds will be offered.

The remaining balance of your private party is due in full on the day of your event.

Although our facility offers a large area to explore, it is the responsibility of the parents to remain on site and to supervise their child(ren)’s activities / behaviour (*exception is our in-house date night and daycamps!).

We enforce a no bullying policy. All who engage in such behaviour will be asked to leave the premise if an amicable solution cannot be resolved.

Admission is charged for each visit. Re-entry, even on the same day, will not be allowed without another entry fee being paid.

NO gum, NO hitting, NO profane language, NO aggressive behaviour, NO dream is too big or hope too small when you wish on a star.
